RECOGNISE THE PROBLEM

Does any of this sound familiar?

Strong local businesses often lose opportunities before the first conversation. The problem is not always the service. It is often the path between customer demand and contact.

  • Competitors appear above you on Google Maps.
  • Your website gets visits but few enquiries.
  • Your profitable services are difficult to find.
  • Reviews and proof do not build enough confidence.
  • Social attention does not turn into bookings.
  • You cannot clearly track where enquiries come from.

MY DIAGNOSTIC METHOD

The AM Search-to-Enquiry Diagnostic

Before recommending work, I examine the full customer journey. This makes it easier to find the real commercial problem instead of treating every business with the same SEO checklist.

01

Demand

Are you targeting the services, problems and locations that valuable customers actually search?

02

Discovery

Can customers find you across Google Maps, organic search and relevant search experiences?

03

Trust

Do your reviews, proof, service information and business identity reduce hesitation?

04

Conversion

Can visitors quickly call, book, request a quote or understand the next step?

05

AI Understanding

Can search engines and AI-assisted systems clearly understand your services, locations and expertise?

FREE 5-POINT REVIEW

Start with a focused diagnosis, not a sales package

The free 5-point review identifies one visible opportunity in your Google Business Profile, website, competitor position, customer search demand and first-priority action. It is an initial diagnostic—not a full technical audit or a ranking guarantee.

YOU RECEIVE

  • One Business Profile opportunity
  • One website or conversion issue
  • One competitor gap
  • One customer-search opportunity
  • One first-priority recommendation

HOW A FIRST PROJECT MAY WORK

A clear first 90-day roadmap

A typical engagement moves through three practical phases. Final priorities depend on your business, market, website condition and agreed scope.

Days 1–30

Diagnose and prioritise

Establish the baseline, understand the business and identify the highest-impact gaps.

Days 31–60

Strengthen relevance and trust

Improve the profile, priority pages, customer journey and supporting search signals.

Days 61–90

Measure and expand

Review early movement, refine conversion paths and define the next growth priorities.

WHY THIS APPROACH

Research before recommendation.

I begin with the business model, valuable services, customer questions, locations, competitors and the path from search to enquiry. That keeps the strategy relevant to the business—not a recycled checklist.

CLIENT OWNERSHIP & ETHICS

Straight answers before you give anyone access

Your website and business accounts remain yours.

Authorised access is used instead of collecting passwords where possible.

No fake reviews, false locations or hidden shortcuts.

No guaranteed number-one rankings or invented forecasts.

Important changes and recommendations are documented.

The work is explained in business language, not only ranking charts.

BEFORE YOU HIRE AN SEO CONSULTANT

Questions business owners usually ask

Clear answers reduce risk. These are the questions I would expect a serious business owner to ask before granting access or approving a project.

What exactly do you help improve?

I review local discovery, Google Business Profile information, service and location relevance, website clarity, trust signals, conversion paths and AI-search readiness. The final scope depends on what the business actually needs.

What types of businesses do you work with?

My primary focus is pest control, interior design and remodeling, and beauty, spa and wellness businesses. I also consider other legitimate service-based local businesses where location, trust and a clear enquiry or booking journey matter.

Why should I choose your approach instead of a standard SEO package?

I examine the full path from customer demand to enquiry. That means the work is not limited to rankings; it also considers what customers understand, trust and do after they find the business.

Do you guarantee first position on Google?

No. Rankings depend on relevance, distance, competition, prominence, website condition and continuing search-system changes. I provide transparent analysis, prioritised work and measurable reporting—not a position no consultant fully controls.

How long does Local SEO take?

Some corrections can be made quickly, but meaningful competitive visibility usually develops over time. The pace depends on the market, current condition, reputation, resources and how consistently agreed improvements are implemented.

What is included in the free review?

The free review covers five visible areas: one Business Profile opportunity, one website issue, one competitor gap, one customer-search opportunity and one recommended first priority. It is not a complete technical audit.

Do you need my passwords?

No passwords are needed for the initial review. When deeper access is required, authorised user or manager access should be used whenever the platform supports it. Never send passwords or verification codes through the website form.

Will I keep ownership of my accounts?

Yes. Your website, Google Business Profile, analytics and other business assets should remain under your ownership. Access can be reviewed or removed when the agreed work ends.

Can you work with businesses outside Bangladesh?

Yes. I am based in Chattogram, Bangladesh and available for remote collaboration with service-based local businesses internationally.

Can you help my business appear in AI search?

I can improve crawlability, entity clarity, answer-focused content, source signals and business-information consistency. These measures support eligibility and understanding, but no consultant can guarantee that an AI system will cite or recommend a specific business.

Do I need a new website?

Not necessarily. I first assess whether the current website can be improved. A rebuild should be recommended only when the existing structure, technology or user experience makes improvement impractical.

How will I know whether the work is helping?

Reporting should connect completed work with calls, WhatsApp actions, forms, bookings, profile activity, search visibility and priority-page performance where reliable tracking is available.

How does pricing work?

Fees depend on the business condition, competition, number of locations, depth of analysis and whether implementation is included. The free review comes first; any paid scope is explained separately.

What happens after I contact you?

I review the business information you provide, clarify the main goal and identify visible opportunities. I then explain whether a deeper audit, a defined 90-day project or another next step is appropriate.

What businesses are not a good fit?

I do not support fake locations, fabricated reviews, misleading claims, guaranteed-ranking demands or businesses unwilling to provide accurate information and respond to genuine enquiries.

Find out where local customers may be getting lost.

Send your business name, website and location. I will review the visible customer journey and identify the first opportunities worth discussing.
